Our vinegar

Descendants of Joseph Berchoux (1760-1838), poet behind the French word "gastronomie", we wish to carry on our family's taste for refined foods by producing high-quality products. Based on this principle, we have created our distinctive 12-year-old vinegar.  A delight to season your salads and dishes!
